1. Возьмите экземпляры ранних этических руководств А СА. Сравните эти руководства с последним из опубликованных А СА этических стандартов. Какие различия вы заметили? Обсудите ваши наблюдения в аудитории.

2. Поработайте в группах по четыре человека: воспользуйтесь книгами прецедентов применения этических стандартов А СА и АРА в качестве руководства по разрешению определенного этического противоречия. Дайте задание другим группам записать не менее двух способов разрешения рассматриваемой дилеммы. Предоставьте им возможность доказать личностные или профессиональные доводы в пользу того или иного действия. Обсудите каждую ситуацию с аудиторией в целом и со своим инструктором.

3. Пригласите в аудиторию трех или четырех профессиональных консультантов для обсуждения специфических этических и юридических вопросов, с которыми они сталкивались. Спросите их, в какой из областей им было труднее всего работать. После их рассказа задайте вопрос о роли этики и права в будущем консультирования.

4. Изучите законы тех штатов, в которых введено лицензирование консультантов. Сравните эти законы, выявите сходства и различия. На какие разделы, по вашему мнению, необходимо направить внимание в силу их недостаточной правовой регуляции?

5. Запишите способы, которыми вы, как профессиональный консультант, можете воздействовать на развитие этики и законодательства консультирования. Будьте конкретны. Поделитесь своими соображениями с аудиторией.
