- Education
· Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent
- Specific professional experience:
· At least 3 years' experience in public awareness campaign, seminars, public outreach programmes and minimum 1 project related to environmental issues.
· Local or regional knowledge/expertise: experience in the Gaza is an asset.
- Language skills
· Language requirements: spoken and written English and Arabic
Key expert 2: Environment Expert
- Category III and duration of equivalent experience: >= 3 years
- Education
· Environmental Bachelor or equivalent
- Specific professional experience:
· Minimum of 2 year experience in projects related to water supply infrastructures.
· Local or regional knowledge/expertise: experience in the Gaza is an asset.
- Language skills
· Language requirements: spoken and written English and Arabic
3. Management team member presence required or not for briefing and/or debriefing
The team leader is required for the briefing and debriefing sessions.
4. LOCATION AND DURATION
1. Starting period
The intended start date is beginning of April 2016
2. Foreseen finishing period or duration
The period of availability of the expert has to cover beginning of April 2016 to August 2016.

4. Location(s) of assignment: in case of more than 1 location of assignment, identify for each location the working days per expert needed
The operational base of the Contractor will be Gaza, Palestine.
5. REPORTING
1. Content
The Consultant shall produce the following reports in draft and final versions:
Inception Report of maximum 10 pages. In the report the Contractor shall describe e.g. initial findings, any difficulties encountered or expected in addition to the work programme and staff travel. The Contractor should proceed with his/her work unless the Contracting Authority sends comments on the inception report.
Draft final reportof maximum 25 pages (main text, excluding annexes).
Final reportwith the same specifications as the draft final report, incorporating any comments received from the parties on the draft report. The final report must be provided along with the corresponding invoice.
