Форма организации учебного процесса: практическое занятие
5. Значение темы: данная тема способствует выработке умений и навыков, необходимых для использования английского языка, как средства общения с носителями английского языка в процессе собеседования.
6. Цели обучения:
- общая: обучающийся должен обладать ОК-1, ОК-5, ОК-6; ПК-9;
- учебная: обучающийся должен уметь использовать основные правила делового общения, принятые международным сообществом; вести диалог, принимать участие в дискуссии, применять методы и средства познания для интеллектуального развития, повышения культурного уровня, профессиональной компетентности, а также уметь составлять деловые письма, отвечать на них, вести переписку по Интернету; извлекать из англоязычного текста, понимать, описывать, анализировать, обобщать и критически оценивать результаты исследований, представлять результаты проведенного исследования в виде научного отчета, презентации, статьи или доклада. Писать научные статьи и резюме к ним на английском языке.

Контроль исходного уровня знаний
- проверка знания лексики и грамматики, навыков монологической и диалогической речи по ранее изученным темам.
Основные понятия и положения темы
Тема «Test-Paper, Interview» предполагает ознакомление с особенностями прохождения собеседования, составления резюме. Чтение текста «Key Rules For Writing Successful Resume/CV».
5.3. Самостоятельная работа по теме:
1. Прочитайте текст «Key Rules For Writing Successful Resume/CV» (см. ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ № 1).
2. Переведите предложения:
1. Если у вас есть другие рекомендации, не сомневайтесь поделиться ими с другими людьми.
2. Просто используйте образцы, адаптируя их под свои данные, не ленитесь, изобретая свою форму резюме.
3. После написания резюме, если оно получилось больше одной страницы, составьте еще один размером в одну страницу.

Key Rules For Writing Successful Resume/CV
A.
Remember that failing to follow recommendation of item 1 and all other recommendations here will be your mistake. If you have any other recommendations and experience don't hesitate to share them with other people.

So, finally you get two one page documents - Resume and Application letter, which will help all humanity to gain from:
· saving paper both yours and your prospective employer;
· saving time when faxing your job application;
· avoiding network congestion by saving Internet traffic when sending your job application package by e-mail;
· saving time of your prospective employer when reading your job application and mining useful information;
· saving time of your friends reading and correcting your resume and application letter;
· you will do one step toward your critical self-estimation and understanding.

Simply use examples from there adapting to your personal data, don't be lazy, don't be ambitious inventing your own different format and wording. Understand that busy personnel manager doesn't want and feel needs to think different from other managers and administrators. Guess that evaluators of your resume/CV get used the same standard examples for preparing their own successful resume and job applications. Remember that you need to prepare both resume/CV and Application letter.

Now read your application documents and find out what do you feel?
· If your think that your resume doesn't reflect your best features and characteristics, then you will finally fail with such resume.
· If you found that your resume pictures you a little better and more perfect as you feel you are, when you have a chance to be successful. When you are invited for interview, it shouldn't take much time to concentrate on your best features and complete your perfect professional and personal profile as written in resume.
E.
Resume/CV presentation is very important as most of these documents are printed and read by many administration people who need to compare and evaluate many applications. After finishing writing resume if it happened to be longer than one page with readable font size, prepare also one page resume. This additional work will help you extract really essential information from your professional summary and carrier details. You can always refer to detailed resume upon request or at special URL.
F.
Resume highlights your professional profile but application letter gives you another possibility to stress on your successful carrier that actually/finally leaded you to the current application for the particular position. You can and should explain how your experience can help prospective company to gain its main goals.
G.
Writing resume first try to present yourself providing Professional summary at the very beginning of resume but not any other information like knowledge of HW or SW and programming languages. All what follows in carrier details, education, and special knowledge will be seen in light of Professional summary and apparently should confirm your credits.
