Future Tenses
The Future Indefinite Tense
Pattern I
a)I (you) shall (will) go to the University tomorrow.
We use the Future Simple Tense to denote actions of facts in the future.
Markers: tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next year, in a week (month, year)
Pattern II.
b) I shall (will) go there if (when) you come.
Mind! The Future Simple Tense is not used in adverbial clauses of time and condition.
The clauses usually begin with the following conjunctions:
a) The clauses of condition begin with:

when, till, until, as soon as, after, while, unless

The Future Continuous Tense
Pattern I
This time on Sunday he will be sitting with his parents.
We use the Future Continuous (Progressive) Tense to denote an action which will be going on at a certain moment in the future.
Pattern II
I shall be waiting till you return.
The moment in the future is expressed by a verb in the Present Indefinite (Simple) tense.

The Future Perfect Tense
Pattern I
a)She will have done the work by 6 o’clock tomorrow.
The structure denotes an action completed before a definite moment in the future.
Pattern II
b) By the end of June she will have worked there for 30 years.
It denotes an action which will begin before a definite moment in the future, will continue up to that moment and will be going on at that moment.
The Forms of the Future Perfect Tense:
affirmative: | Sub will have V3 . (I/We shall have V3) | Helen will have read the book by 3 o’clock tomorrow. |
