Starting System for special stages
In accordance with articles 39.2 and 39.3 of the General Rules of the World Cup for Rally Raids 2016.
Passing control
The crews shall stop at the point of passing control to receive a mark in their time card.
A penalty of 2 hours shall be awarded to any crew that did not receive such a mark in the passing control point.
Maximum admitted time on a special stage
The maximum time shall be allotted for passing of each stage. This time shall be announced in the bulletin and in the time card.

16.1Penalty for each missing waypoint (special section start / arrival, WPT, CP, DZ, FZ) will be charged at the amount of 30 minutes.
16.2Total number of waypoints taken at each stage - 15.
Crews missing more than 15 waypoints on the stage shall be fined in a fixed amount of 100(one hundred) hours.

Issuance of time cards.
Time cards shall be issued at the start of each stage.
Finish procedure
The Rally will end at the point TC5B.
After this point all cars are subject to Close Park Rules until the Closed Park is not open by the instructions of the commissioners.
The finish ceremony and prize ceremony shall be held on the square in Aktau city.
Crew members shall wear approved overalls at the finish ceremony.
If the car is not suitable for movement to the above mentioned procedures, the fact thereof shall be reported to the chief justice, and the crew members shall still be present at the finishing ceremony at the podium.
Final Close Park
Provided the results become final and the commissioners authorize the opening of the Close Park, all cars shall be removed from the Close Park not later than at 21.00 on Friday, June 3 .

Fee for the appeal
The amount of the fee for appeal: € 1,000.
If the protest requires the removal and reinstallation of a clearly defined part of the vehicle (engine, transmission, steering device, brake system, electrical equipment, bodywork) the person who appeals shall pay an additional deposit at the amount of € 1,000.
