London’s Millennium Dome
London is an old city but it would be wrong to assume it is not modern. There are lots of modern buildings that look perfect among their ancient neighbours and do not spoil the whole view of the capital. London’s Millennium Dome is one of the modern buildings that take your breath away when you see it. It was built to mark the year 2000. It was a controversial project because of the huge cost of the building.
