Образуется с помощью вспомогательного глагола to have в форме будущего времени (shall / will have) и Past Participle основного глагола.

Сказуемое в Future Perfectпереводится на русский язык будущим временем глагола совершенного вида.
Future Perfectупотребляется для выражения действия, которое закончится к определенному моменту времени в будущем. Момент времени в будущем обозначается наречиями с предлогом by: by 5 o'clock к пяти часам; by the end of January к концу января; by that time к тому времени.
By the end of January we shall have passed all our examinations. – К концу января мы (уже) сдадим все экзамены.
He will have translated the article by 5 o'clock. – Он переведет статью к пяти часам.
Момент времени в будущем может быть выражен другим будущим действием в составе придаточных предложений времени и условия; вводимых союзами when, before, if.
When the laboratory assistant comes, the student will have completed the experiment. – Когда лаборант придет, студент уже закончит эксперимент.
I will have finished this work if you come at 7 o'clock. – Я (уже) закончу эту работу, если вы придете в 7 часов.
