Юрочкина Анастасия	Была лидером группы. Каждому участнику дала определенное задание. Спроектировала диаграмму Ганта работы группы по проекту. Нашла банки, в которых открыты счета компании. Описала все функции и задачи отдела кадров, отдела продаж и производственного отдела. Нашла основных контрагентов и конкурентов. Занималась всеми расчетами компании. Предоставила стратегический план развития предприятия. Cоставила отчет о прибылях и убытках предприятия. Описала оборудование. Выполнила презентацию в PowerPoint.
Михальченко Глеб	Описала все функции и задачи юридического отдела, отдела логистики, отдела безопасности, склада готовой продукции и отдела контроля качества. Нашла потребителей нашего продукта. Дала точную характеристику продукта. Выбрала и описала организационно-правовую форму предприятия, место её регистрации. Расписала структуру предприятия. SWOT анализ.
Виноградова Даша	Описала все функции и задачи отдела закупок, отдела по работе с поставщиками, отдела по работе с клиентами. Описала рынок и положение компании на рынке. Выбрала ERP систему и обосновала этот выбор. Нарисовала схему предприятия. Нашла финансовых и налоговых консультантов. Занималась расчетами по электроэнергии. Описала основные бизнес–процессы компании. Описала оборудование . Помогала создавать презентацию.
Вместе	После того как было решено, какой товар производить (йогурты), сразу появилась идея, как назвать продукцию. После этого был придуман слоган и логотип. Отталкиваясь от этого, были написаны цели, миссии и виденье компании. Более того, втроем писали наше резюме на английском языке.

Manufacture of all dairy products begins with the raw materials - the most common metal. Metal supplies to the plant from various firms. Currently, the company's raw material base "NanoGerts" is the OEMs in China. Supply of the metal is carried out both large enterprises and suppliers with relatively small amounts not exceeding 500 metal milk per year. Then get to the part of the lab, where tin, silicon and finished materials are examined for quality and safety.

The most appropriate ERP-system for our company is "1C". This system is automated in control; It covers the basic process control and accounting at the company, which is perfect for our company.
