Spiritualistic materials in Russian

We were born to die. This sentence sounds deeply in our minds as a result of an inexorable fact: we are condemned to the final day, when our bodies will suffer from the inevitable collapse, and then the unknown is the only word we still have to describe the consequences.

Is there life after death? Many try to deny such question by proposing death as exactly what the senses perceive. Death is not only the final day of our lives on Earth, but it is the end-line. Beyond death there is just the cold and senseless sea of the null existence, the nothing inside the vacuum.

While this view, if true, can not affect our lives after death, after all we would not exist in there, it still has a strong appeal for our present lives. Why should I obey an ethical request or moral code, if no gain from such a blind obedience is possible? Given this picture of death, why on earth should I become interested in the comfort and in the good of people around me, if my own interest is not only the priority but the only one? I should not waste my precious time with such foolish things. The consequences of this view, which may be properly called materialistic, are widely known nowadays.

For those who believe that this view is wrong, we have written these pages. Of course many others also deny Materialism, that is the point of Religion. Religion not only owes its origin to the terrible and distressing fear of the unknown or the feeling of God’s existence, but to the denial of death as the end-line. By accepting life after death, our lives are happier; it is, so as to say, easier to live if we believe we will always exist.

Unfortunately tradition has established this consoling view as an act of faith, something that you believe or not. But what very few managed to discover was that it is possible to have positive evidences for our survival. That has been the greatest jewel found by Spiritism since its inception by Allan Kardec in the historical publication of «The Spirits’ Book» in 1857. The positive facts of spirit communications have revealed the existence of a parallel world, where those who have been incorrectly called «dead» since then, and whose previous existences have been constantly forgotten by us, are alive. The delay in accepting this marvellous fact has complicated our improving toward a better world. We have conquered other planets in our solar system by space exploration, but we have failed even to grasp the existence of the spiritual world, that is everywhere around us and with which we are incessantly in contact. It is indeed very human such blindness to the spiritual things together with an abnormal cleverness to the material ones.

The first task of Spiritism was then to kill Materialism. The second one is to improve our lives. But Science has improved very much the way we live today. Again here spiritual improvement is what we seek after. How can we live better than now if we do not know why we are here and why the seeming injustice in the world exists at all? The doctrine contained in «The Spirits’ Book» was able to restate the validity of the moral code in the Gospel of Christ which is unfairly disdained by religious men and by people in general that follow these men. The Spiritist Doctrine provides the rational basis to understand the Gospel according to what historical research has shown, and yet without failing to believe in God’s justice and goodness. We now accept the Gospel as an ancient code of moral teachings which express certain laws that exist since the beginning of the World and that every living being, every spirit in the Universe is subjected to. The final task of Spiritism is now completed: to show our divine heritage as sons of God, a heritage that is expressed by the following words:

WE WILL LIVE FOREVER!

ЛЮДИ ПЛАНЕТЫ ЗЕМЛЯ!

Мы говорим вам: Знамя, высоко водружаемое нами, есть знамя Христианского Спиритизма, Спиритизма Всего Человечества. К нему стекутся в свой день люди со всех концов земного шара, так как поймут, что это – якорь спасения, оплот общественного порядка, вестник новой эры для человечества.

Обращаем особое внимание Читателей на это словосочетание – Христианский Спиритизм. Помните? – «В начале было Слово». Так вот! в Мире Истинных Слов и Чистых Вибраций, т.е. в Мире Огненном, название Учения звучит по-латыни: Spiritus Christi (по-русски: Дух Христов). Таким образом, земное слово «спиритизм», стилизованное по модели «-измов» (в ряду с коммунизмом, ревматизмом и прочим) – всего лишь искажённое звучание, несовершенная транскрипция небесного названия Учения. Стало быть, слова Христианский Спиритизм и Спиритизм Всего Человечества означают собой единение всех душ земного человечества в Духе Христа, Учение которого оказалось возвещено нам в середине XIX века Духом Истины – тем Утешителем, действенное вмешательство коего и было обещано нам Спасителем в самом начале новой эры:

«Если любите Меня, соблюдите Мои заповеди, и Я умолю Отца, и даст вам другого Утешителя, да пребудет с вами вовек, Духа Истины, которого мир не может принять, потому что не видит Его и не знает Его, а вы знаете Его, ибо Он с вами пребывает и в вас будет. Утешитель же, Дух Святый, которого пошлёт Отец во имя Моё, научит вас всему и напомнит вам всё, что Я говорил вам». (Иоанн, гл.XIV, ст.15,16,17,26.)

«Пошлю Его к вам, и Он пришед обличит мир о грехе и о правде и о суде. Ещё многое имею сказать вам, но вы теперь не можете вместить: когда же придёт Он, Дух Истины, то наставит вас на всякую истину: ибо не от Себя говорить будет, но будет говорить, что услышит, и будущее возвестит вам; Он прославит Меня, потому что от Моего возьмёт и возвестит вам». (Иоанн, гл.XVI, ст. 7,8,12,13,14.)

Всё истинно так и сталося. Это было Третье Откровение, данное Землянам после эпох Моисея и Христа, и наша неотложная и святая Задача – понять Великие Наставления, в этом Откровении изложенные, и, пройдя по предложенному Свыше пути, исцелиться и тем самым – спасти Нашу Планету и поднять её на более высокую ступень в Космической Иерархии Миров. Ибо сказано: Мир создан Радостью, и Мир придёт к Ней!

Мы приглашаем все серьёзные школы философской, оккультной, научной и религиозной Мысли, все серьёзные Общества и всех искренних искателей Истины содействовать этому подлинно Великому Делу и, забыв все свои мелкие и ребячливые разногласия, сплотиться вокруг этой великой Объединяющей Идеи. Пусть все Сотрудники Света братски протянут друг другу руки с одного конца мира в другой – и они заключат тем зло в нерасторжимые оковы!
