INTRODUCTION
Rally is conducted in accordance with the International Sports Code of FIA and its appendices, the General Rules for conducting of the World Cup for Rally Raids 2016, the National Competition Rules, the relevant FIA Regulations and this Supplementary Regulations.
Changes, additions and/or amendments to this Supplementary Regulations will be announced only through numbered and dated bulletins (issued by the organizers or commissioners).
Rally will be accompanied by the parallel motorcycle competition with the separate additional regulations.
Further information will be published in the Rally Guide.
ORGANIZATION
2.1 Titles of the competitions for the Rally thereof:
Candidate for the World Cup for Rally Raids of the International Automobile Federation FIA;
Kazakhstan Cup for Rally Raids 2016.
2.2 Information about the Rally:
Number of special stages – 5 (five)
The length of the Rally - about 2000 km (including road sections) will be specified later.

4.1 Closing date for applications

Application procedure
Application form is available on the organizer's websitewww.rallykazakhstan.com
In accordance with the international sporting code of the FIA, foreign competitors/drivers shall have an authorization from their own ASN, and the authorization shall be attached to the application form or provided not later the administrative checks. When applying for participation, every foreign competitor and/or driver/ navigator shall declare that he/she holds such authorization.
Applications for participation are accepted only if it is accompanied by the following documents:
• Copy of license for the participant, driver and navigator.
• Copy of driving license of the driver and navigator.
• One passport photo of each member of the crew.
• Copy of the first page of the homologation form (certification) of the FIA (for cars of the T2 category only)
