| Перинатальний центр За даними Головного управління статистики у Житомирській області станом на 01.01.2016 року в області нараховувалося 1248318 осіб постійного населення, у тому числі у міських поселеннях 731527 осіб (58,6% від загальної кількості населення) та 516791 особи (41,4%) у сільській місцевості. Демографічна ситуація в області, як і у всій країні, є нестабільною. Протягом багатьох років рівень смертності перевищує рівень народжуваності майже вдвічі. Житомирський обласний пери-натальний центр є сучасним лікувально-профілактичним закладом ІІІ рівня, в якому надається повний комплекс акушерсько-гінекологічної та неонатологічної допомоги, спрямованої на народження здорової дитини. Основними функціями центру є надання висококваліфікованої допо-моги: - жінкам з порушенням репро-дуктивного здоров’я; - вагітним з ускладненим пере-бігом вагітності; - вагітним з важкою екстра-генітальною патологією; - новонародженим, в тому числі дітям з екстремально низькою масою тіла; - надання організаційно-мето-дичної допомоги спеціалістам районних та міських медичних закладів; - створення сучасної навчальної бази з впровадження сучасних ефективних перинатальних технологій для спеціалістів з районів та міст області. Підвищена увага приділяється питанням спостереження, обстежен-ня, лікування та розродження саме тих жінок, які проживають на радіаційно забруднених територіях. Щороку в центрі лікується і розроджується біля 700 таких жінок, що складає 15% від всіх пролікованих в центрі. На даний час надання медичної допомоги потребують жінки з тимчасово окупованих територій, що мають статус переміщених всередині країни. Важлива роль у функціонуванні центру належить організаційно-методичній та науково-просвіт-ницькій роботі. Центр є базовим закладом з питань впровадження ефективних перинатальних техно-логій на території області та України. З 2004 року в Центрі впроваджується міжнародний проект ”Здоров’я матері і дитини”, метою якого є покращення здоров’я матерів та дітей. Проект, за яким працює колектив центру, впроваджується компанією Джон Сноу Інк. за фінансової підтримки Агенції з міжнародного розвитку США (USAID). Однією з відмінностей роботи центру є те, що рододопомога орієнтована на участь сім'ї. Перинатальний центр є одним з перших родопомічних закладів України, в якому впроваджуються сучасні перинатальні технології, що ґрунтуються на принципах доказової медицини згідно рекомендацій Всесвітньої Організації охорони здоров'я. В центрі проведено ремонт і реконструкція всіх приміщень, створені належні сучасні умови для перебування паціентів. Центр обладнаний сучасною апаратурою, що дає змогу покращити якість діагностики та лікування вагітних, роділь та новонароджених. У відділенні інтенсивної терапії новонароджених центру створені повноцінні умови для виходжування дітей з екстремально низькою масою при народженні (масою від 500 до 1000 грамів). В 2007 році перинатальний центр акредитований на вищу катего-рію, яка була підтверджена в 2015 році. Обласний перинатальний центр є лідером надання акушерської допо-моги в Україні. В центрі налагоджені зв’язки з провідними спеціалізованими ме-дичними та науковими закладами України та інших країн з питань охорони здоров’я матері і дитини, збереження репродуктивного здо-ров’я. В 2005 році перинатальний центр отримав звання “Лікарня, доброзичлива до дитини”, яке присуджується експертною комісією UNICEF. Статус «Лікарня, доброзичлива до дитини» був підтверджений у 2011 році. На матеріалах центру три лікаря захистили кандидатські дисертації і отримали звання кандидата медичних наук. Працівники закладу проходять стажування в різних країнах дальнього та ближнього зарубіжжя (Польща, США, Прибалтика). Рішенням апаратної наради МОЗ України в серпні 2005 року Житомирський обласний перина-тальний центр визнано базовим закладом з впровадження сучасних перинатальних технологій в Україні. В листопаді 2014 року центр пройшов сертифікацію на відпо-відність вимогам ДСТУ ISO 9001:2009 «Системи управління якістю. Вимоги». Таким чином медичні послуги, що надаються в центрі відповідають світовим стан-дартам. В 2015 році центр визнаний переможцем регіонального етапу Всеукраїнського конкурсу якості продукції (товарів, робіт, послуг) «100 кращих товарів України в 2015 році» В центрі працює 437 пра-цівників, них лікарів 81. Серед лікарів, медичних сестер та акушерок 60% мають вищу або першу кваліфікаціїну категорію. Центр тісно співпрацює з обласними, районними і міськими лікувально-профілактичними за-кладами, провідними спеціалізо-ваними медичними закладами країни. БЛАГОДІЙНА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ «ГРІНКРОС УКРАЇНА» (далі - Фонд) є недержавною добровільною благодійною організацією, утво-реною у формі благодійного фонду. 1.2. Фонд заснований і діє відповідно до Конституції України, Закону України «Про благодійну діяльність та благодійні організації», чинного законодавства України та цього Статуту. 1.3. The demographic situation in the region, as well as throughout the country, is unstable. For many years the death rate exceeds the birth rate level almost twice. Zhytomyr Regional Perinatal Center is a modern health care institution of III level which provides a full range of obstetric, gynaecological and neonatal care aimed at the birth of a healthy child. The main functions of the center is rendering the highly qualified help: - to women with violation of reproductive health; - to pregnant women with the complicated course of pregnancy; - to pregnant women with severe extragenital pathology; - to newborns, including children with extremely low body weight; - rendering the organizational and methodical help to specialists of district and city medical institutions; - creation of modern educational base on implementation of modern effective perinatal technologies for specialists from districts and cities of the region. Special attention is paid to the questions of observation, inspection, treatment and delivery of those women who live in radiation contaminated territories. Annually about 700 of such women are treated and deliver at the center representing 15% of all patients treated at the center. Now, at the moment, the women from temporarily occupied territories having the status of internally displaced people are in need of medical care. The important role in functioning of the center belongs to the organizational-methodical and scientific-educational work. The center is a basic organization concerning implementation of effective perinatal technologies in the territory of the region and Ukraine. Since 2004, the Center is implementing the international project "Mother and Child’s Health" which aims to improve the health of mothers and children. The project, on which the staff of the center works, is introduced by the company John Snow Inc. with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). One of the peculiarities of the center's work is that obstetric aid is oriented on the participation of a family. The perinatal center is one of the first obstetrical institutions of Ukraine in which the modern perinatal technologies, based on the principles of evidential medicine according to the recommendations of World Health Organization, are implemented. All the rooms in the center were renovated and reconstructed, the appropriate modern conditions for the patients are created. The center is appointed with the modern equipment that allows to improve the quality of diagnostics and treatment of pregnant women, women in labor and newborns. In the center's neonatal intensive care unit there are necessary conditions created for the nursing of children with extremely low birth weight (weighing from 500 to 1000 grams). In 2007 the perinatal center was accredited on the highest category which has been confirmed in 2015. The regional perinatal center is a leader in providing obstetric care in Ukraine. The center established relation-ships with the leading specialized medical and scientific institutions of Ukraine and other countries on issues of mother and child's health protection, preservation of reproductive health. In 2005 the perinatal center was entitled "Hospital, benevolent to the child" which is awarded by the expert commission of the UNICEF. The status "Hospital, benevolent to the child" has been confirmed in 2011. On center's materials three doctors have defended their theses and were entitled the Candidate of Medical Sciences. Employees of the institution are trained in various remote countries and near abroad (Poland, the USA, the Baltic States). According to the decision of the hardware meeting of the Ministry of Health Protection of Ukraine in August, 2005 the Zhytomyr regional perinatal center is recognized to be the basic institution on implementation of the modern perinatal technologies in Ukraine. In November, 2014 the center underwent certification on compliance to requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2009 "Quality management systems. Requirements". Thus the medical services provided in the center conform to the world standards. In 2015 the center is recognized as the winner of a regional stage of All-Ukrainian contest of product quality (goods, works, services) "100 best goods of Ukraine in 2015". There are 437 employees working in the center, among them 81 doctors. 60% of doctors, nurses and midwives have the highest or the first qualification category. THE CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “GREENCROSS UKRAINE(further - Fund) is the non-state voluntary welfare institution created in the form of a charity foundation. 1.2. The fund is set up and works according to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About charity and charitable institutions", the current legislation of Ukraine and this Statute. 1.3. The fund is a charitable institution which independently determines spheres, types, the place (territory), terms and beneficiaries of charity in constituent documents, charitable programs or other decisions of governing bodies. 1.4. The fund is a non-profit organization, by the legislation of Ukraine, and doesn't aim at profit earning and profit distribution among founders, participants of governing bodies, other related persons, and also among employees of such organizations. 1.5. The fund purchases the status of the legal entity by the legislation of Ukraine from the moment of its state registration, it has a separate balance, on its own behalf acquires the personal property and non-property rights, acts in legal relationship, performs duties, acts as the claimant and as the defendant in judicial authorities, has the isolated property, accounts in organizations of banks. 1.6. The fund performs the activities in all territory of Ukraine on the principles of legality, humanity, a community of interests and equal rights of participants, publicity, voluntariness and self-government. 1.7.
