Отрицательная форма глаголаhave образуется:

а) с помощью отрицательной частицы not. В разговорной речи обычноупотребляется сокращенные формы:

haven’t [ 'hævnt ] и hasn’t [ 'hæznt ]

I haven’t (got) a flat. У меня нет квартиры.

He hasn’t (got) a dog. У него нет собаки.

б) с помощью отрицательного местоимения no никакой. No ставится перед существительным, и артикль в этом случае не употребляется.
