A Prisoner's Dilemma is a situation in which two actors each have two options, with both depending on the simultaneous choice made by the other. In a police interrogation situation, often they split two prisoners with two negotiating teams to put pressure on each criminal to confess and implicate their partner of whatever crime they believed they committed.
It's an age old divide and conquer strategy, but it works.
In the world of geopolitics, a classic Prisoner's Dilemma is playing out with the cabal in Syria and the Ukraine if you understand that all modern conflicts are just intentionally, pre-planned and well funded crimes against humanity by once single enemy, that is genetically related and very well organized, as well as masters of the art of hiding in plain in sight developed over many a century.
This private family calls themselves the Dark Nobility, and they desire one thing: World Domination (also known as Zionism). And they are radically devoted to maintaining order through chaos, which means literally creating wars that do no exist and then the conditions in which to ignite suffering... only to magically appear with a peaceful solution.
In the Middle East for instance, Israel is their sovereign state actor and key instigator of all regional aggression. Yet in truth, The Vatican, Eastern Europe, NATO and of course the Shadow Government of the United States, Inc. all play a supporting role in the region's interests.
Keep in mind there was not a drop of oil pumped out of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq or Kuwait before 1930, when the Rockefellers funded and created ARAMCO to fuel American energy needs.
So all chaotic Middle Eastern conflicts that have followed since have all been concoctions of this Dark Nobility dating back to pre- WW2, when both oil exploration and Jewish migration began consuming the nations in and around Palestine (now called the nation of Israel).
And because the goal of the Dark Nobility is to create a holy war between Christians, Jews and Muslims worldwide, they foster chaos, so they may follow up with order via military, financial and political slight of hand magic tricks, perpetuated and re-enforced through mass media, to psychologically enslave all populations of the world with their version of benevolent solution.
Whew! That was exhausting writing, I can't imagine having to keep such evil operations going for centuries. But they do. And they breed, train and torture generation after generation of their own children to keep such horrendous activities alive and functional. No one doubts their commitment, but their soul has long been sold to the devil.
The problem at issue now however, is that this private insane family of psychopaths no longer can create all problems between all nations, religions and cultures, secretly. Meaning, nobody is buying their artificial wars and manufactured conflicts anymore. Humanity clearly desires peace and prosperity versus what we have been given these last 26,000 years… and finally we seem to have the emotional strength not to fight against each other anymore.
Hallelujah!
Perhaps planetary consciousness has risen to a point now where massive propaganda campaigns and artificial false flag events just cannot ignite a chaotic movement, let alone a war. And the Dark Nobility lacks higher-mind access now that their their extra-terrestrial partners have abandoned them.
So what that would mean is we are witnessing globally, especially here in the United States with our theatre of the absurd President political election, the public unraveling of centuries of war-du-jour private strategies that just don't jive anymore.
Could it be that the Emperor has been revealed as having no clothes? Has their the grand cabal circus been shown to be swinging on a trapeze of illusion with no net of reality to catch their abandoned children? Do our former oppressors simply lack the basic tools to construct and executive another sustainable chaos game theory model?
Such futility would be sad if it weren't so fucking great. Makes me think they're in more than a prisoner's dilemma, but rather a death spiral.
For the first time in our and their recorded histories, the Dark Nobility is in a irreversible decline that they will never recover from… forget about reversing momentum, whatever remaining leadership is left cannot process a reality whereby they don't control the planet. Yet they insist on running for high profile public offices like President of the United States--which only serves to reveal their psychopathic activities to an even wider mass audience.
It's as if the remaining Dark Nobility minions are crazies lemmings that not only have jumped off the cliff, but they're plotting to do it all over again once they hit the ground running.
These "evil trolls" are trotted out before our discerning eyes are utterly soulless. Obama. Biden. Clinton. Bush. Political Operatives. Lobbyists. They all must be permanently removed from our planet, not just in Syria and the Ukraine, but in Des Moines, Portland, Waco and Syracuse. Let's take our country and species back! Now is obviously the right and only time to make such history!
To make matters more difficult for the Dark Nobility, 209 sovereign nations have willingly teamed up against this wayward family to to both ratify and implement GESARA (also partially known as the 2015 Paris Agreement on the Climate Change).
GESARA is the Global Economic Security and Reformation Act that is bring forward new rules of the road for global governance in a transparent, equitable and moral way. What's good for the one must now be good for the many and do no harm are GESARA's basic tenants.
Any one sovereign nation acting outside of GESARA's compliance parameters is quickly isolated by the alliance, and only allowed back into the alliance's good graces after paying a stiff penalty and making sweeping leadership changes. This is what you have probably been witnessing for several years without knowing what was really going on in Canada, Puerto Rico, Spain, Argentina, Columbia, Philippines, Iraq, Canada, Mexico and now our own restored Republic of the United States.
There's just no tolerance anymore for physical domination of one nation over another, and certainly no tolerance for private families claiming control of nation's sovereign government affairs for their own gain.
Zionism is just not a possibility anymore from a purely structural standpoint--even nuclear weapon usage has been neutralized permanently--and false flag fear events and media propaganda just is no longer effective in a digital media age.
But the Dark Nobility as a whole sincerely believes they have the inherent right to govern all of planet earth and its inhabitants due to the fact they consider themselves a superior genetic race, yet they can no longer hide in races and cultures via cross-breeding, as spiritual icons and certainly not as "elected or appointed" government officials / handpicked military authorities / banking CEOs / corporate board members.
So because they have sacrificed their collective soul to achieve a common Zionistic objective of absolute domination, THEY ALL MUST NOW GO DOWN WITH THE SHIP… AND THIS SHIP IS IRREVERSIBLY SINKING EVERY SECOND IN FULL PUBLIC VIEW!
This means every carefully placed cabal operative is simultaneously in the same prisoner's dilemma. They are all doomed and they all know it. There's just no way out. So the smart thing to do is to protect their own ass and figure out some amnesty pathway to move forward without clinging to their Dark Noble masters… but how?
How does a lifetime cabal member suddenly start acting benevolently when their entire life has been geared to act in a perpetual malevolent fashion? It's never easy to surrender, but it is necessary now to survive. Do they even want to live is a better question?
And now that the Highest Authority, God, has empowered humanity to not only recognize their grand cabal tactics and leaders, why bother to fight back and regain momentum in order to achieve some temporary victory?
This why everything geopolitically and militarily, both internationally and domestically, appears to be in such bizarre disarray. The outgoing power structure has crumbled right before the eyes, and they simply have no more options to halt or reverse their own tragic hero demise.
So like a hooked fish pulled up into a boat, they now thrash about wildly for oxygen, all at the exact same time. Conflict by conflict, leader by leader, government by government, country by country, region by region, continent by continent… until all the liars meet the light of day and are seen for what they really are… rebellious little magicians that now must end by heavenly decree.
Their final prisoner dilemmas exist in Syria, Turkey and Iraq (aka ISIS which is just a pre-planned, well funded radical Muslim psy-ops created by the Dark Nobility to simulate an organic caliphate movement for the purposes of starting a Holy War with Christians and Hebrews worldwide).
On the surface, Syria appears to be an Arab on Arab conflict, however if you dig under the surface you'll see all the flags of the European Union and United States flying below the radar with hidden special forces organizing radical Muslim fighters, funded by OPEC Arab oil producing nations.
Aleppo has become quite the military and geopolitical quagmire, hasn't it? Why?
Why are so many countries suddenly so interested in what happens to the good and innocent people of Syria? Do they have sincere humanitarian concerns? You'd hope so, but no. Are they covering their ass for funding a holy war, of which they were illegally sending troops into battle, secretly without their countries approval, in order to topple a defiant government with Russian, Chinese and Iranian partners that stood in their Zionistic way to expand Israel? Of course.
This is why a US Secretary of State was running around the world negotiating a "separation" of terrorists. And why Merkel of Germany, Hollande of France, Cameron of Great Britain, Netanyahu of Israel and the House of Saud all had voices at the Syrian "Humanitarian" negotiating table.
Because all their lying Dark Nobility family members are collectively feeling the breeze as their asses hang in the wind, and they individually risk absolute global exposure by Russia and China, who are generously allowing these thieves, liars, and murders to save face and spare their unknowing populations before both their administrations and private fighting forces are literally wiped clean from the surface of the earth.
A similar and equally brutal prisoner's dilemma is playing out in the Ukraine, as final Dark Nobility surrender negotiations have been taking place for many months. For as Syria is to the Middle East, as the Ukraine is to Europe and Eurasia… and both are lose-lose dilemmas for the eternal prisoner that is the Dark Nobility in the Aquarian Age.
